South Wales and is about 380 kms south-
southwest of NSW's capital city of Sydney. In the
2011 Australian census the population of
Boydtown was 162 when there were 82 Females

Boydtown is a village on Twofold Bay near Eden,
on the far south coast of New South Wales,
Australia. It was the original settlement in the
bay, founded by Benjamin Boyd in 1843 to
service his properties on the Monaro plains. The
remains of whaling stations and the local
landmark Boyd's Tower, a stone spotting tower
used to look for whales, are all nearby.
Postcode of Boydtown (NSW) is 2551.
Boytown was the original settlement of Two Fold
Bay. The beach is located around the mouth of
the Nullica River, about 10 minutes south of
Eden. The historic beachfront Seahorse Inn
built by Boyd in the 1840s has been restored
and is now a hotel.
In addition there are two beachfront caravan
parks.
